Dexonmarine delivers 12 customized 1500mm polyethylene navigation buoys to Lithuania Kaunas, Lithuania - Oct 2023

Dexonmarine has successfully completed the manufacture, shipment and on-site delivery of 12 customized 1500mm polyethylene navigation buoys for a marine engineering project in Lithuania. All units were built to customer supplied technical drawings and met strict dimensional and structural specifications.

The buoys were designed with LLDPE rotomolded shells, EPS core fill and galvanized steel mooring hardware, tailored to the customer's required topmark structure and color scheme. During production, Dexonmarine's engineering and QA teams maintained close communication with the client to ensure design integrity and precise execution.

The final delivery was unloaded and inspected on site in Lithuania, where the project team expressed great satisfaction with the product quality, surface finish and structural stability. The successful delivery once again highlights Dexonmarine's OEM/ODM capabilities, attention to detail and reliability in international custom buoy production.
